Good morning - I just installed a subpanel in my garage and have not pulled the wires yet - Before I do, i need some expert knowledge regarding using my main panel's neutral bus bar for circuits on my sub panel.
Distance from Main Panel to Sub - 20 feet. Rigid conduit raceway 3/4".
I am moving a couple circuits - outdoor lighting and second, outdoor GFI's over to the 60(a) sub panel. I planned on just running (3) #8, (2) #12 for the GFI & (1) #14 for lighting circuit - however do i need to pull another neutral for the lighting circuit or can I bond this to the main sub panel bus bar & if I can, do I need to bother running the dedicated neutral for the GFI or can I bond that directly to the main panel as long as i am on the same phase ? I believe all wiring must originate from the same panel but I am not 100% clear on this & TIA!

The neutral for a given circuit must originate in the same enclosure and be run in the same cable or conduit as the rest of the circuit's conductors. You cannot move circuits around without moving the neutrals with them.

I am closing this thread until the OP answers Bill's question by PM
