MLO for solar load center on roof of building with multiple microinverter circuits (more than 6) has been a contention with AHJ. The AHJ keeps citing 230.71 and 230.72, my argument is that these are applicable to service entrance conductors not for PV load center. The code in the NEC 2020 does not require a main disconnecting mean for load center as there is a main disconnect on the supply side of the load center according to 705.20, 408.36 and 609.13C could you please let me know your thoughts.
