is there anyone of you who can tell me what website will i visit to find an information regarding High and Medium voltage substation maintenance procedures and standards, pls reply your responce would bail me out from this! thanks in advance

This is a complex subject. Not for untrained persons. There may be about as much information on a website as one for brain surgery.

Do you have a specific question on one item of interest?
