Substation quick 3-D drawing software

Anyone can suggest a software that can draw a enclose substation very quickly in 3- D and can display internal walk through.
 
Sketchup?

Like all drawing software, there's some learning to do.
Sketchup is nice in that you can build a library of objects-- transformers, fence panels, etc.-- and cut and paste them where needed. But you have to assemble these objects out of basic shapes-- circles, rectangles, etc.. You can extrude things-- make a circle and extrude a piece of pipe.

quickly? I highly doubt it will be quick..

thanks i like it so much and i am just start using it, i am able to 60% complete substation just transformer and cables not sue yet how to add to it but soon learn

Not sure if these are free, but there are folks at this website that have electrical items drawn
