Summary of changes between the 2011 and the 2020

I have been asked to try and locate a summary of changes between the 2011 NEC and the 2020 NEC, and would any of those changes make us non-compliant with the 2011 version? A regulatory inspector noticed that our current electrical spec references the 2020 NEC and the regulatory body is still using the 2011 addition. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

I can't think of anything that when installed in compliance with the 2020, that would create a violation of the 2011 code.

Thank you. I am the same, as usually the changes are to enhance the code and not weaken it in any way
