Sunny Boy 2500U Generates NO power. Pac=0W, Vpv=340V

All LED's are out but the green and it's lit solid. After a shut down the restart shows nothing unusual and once I saw it show it was "generating" 1W instead of 0W. The 343V looks like an unloaded solar array because it typically shows 29xVDC for Vpv when it's generating 2.x KW.

Any ideas?

Possibly it is not qualifying the grid connection?
Does it display AC voltage?

If it's not the AC side, find someone who knows how to repair such a thing, or get a new inverter. It has lasted about as long as one could expect.
