Supply side PV interconnection

Is it code compliant to tap the supply side of the service (208v, 3 phase) for photovoltaic system that has inverter output is 208V, (1-phase), phase A,B only will be tapped...I think it is however I can't find anything in the code to justify it.

Check with your POCO as they may have some restrictions depending on the size of the unit.
