Are you asking about PVC running parallel with the block inside of wall? If you are, the block and mortar are doing it and I would say almost continuously, not just every 3'

Thanks, around here no one calls it CMU except maybe the guy working the counter at the gravel yard.

How is PVC conduit supported every 3' per article 352.30 when it is run though CMU block?
I support it the same way I do when it's buried. I don't. No need. The mason's going to slop enough mud around various places that it'll be secure.

I agree. With bond beams being poured every 4' you're good to go.

Anyone know if State Farm has removed their requirement for GRS in CMU walls yet? Talk about fun...threading 4' sections of 1/2" and 3/4" GRS while trying to keep up the the blockies.

Whether it's parrallel or perpindicular the mud (concrete) will hold it in place

Yeah, but if you're talking perpendicular you will have to have super wide blocks and / or skinny rooms to accomodate the 3' requirement.
