Supporting conduit stub for roof penetration

I have multiple roof penetrations I need to make in a hurry (roofers are moving quick). Curios how you guys support your stub up on a flat commercial roof, enough to keep it in place and plumb until the roofers do their thing? I plan to continue my raceway on the underside of the roof at a later time. Thanks!

I drilled a hole in the roof the size if the pipe, coupled two stubs together with a compression coupling. The coupling on the roof deck, of course.
