Is it acceptable to support Plenum rated fire alarm cable to an existing dedicated for alarm conduit?

No. 760.46 references 300.11 and 300.11(C) says raceways cannot be used to support cables.

760.143 Support of Conductors.
Power-limited fire alarm circuit conductors shall not be strapped, taped, or attached by any means to the exterior of any conduit or other raceway as a means of support.

Technically speaking, there may be some small cases where you could strap fire alarm cable to conduit surrounding fire alarm cable. Practically speaking if somebody put the original Cable in RGS or IMT, then I think it stands to reason that any additional fire alarm cable should be inside the conduit and not strapped to it.
From a personal perspective, I learn the first week I was running cable to run independent support for it, do not strap it to existing plumbing, sprinkler pipe, electrical conduit, ceiling grid, anything. Support it independently.
