Supporting FMC or MC In Extg. Wall

So if you have an existing wall and a new receptacle is being installed and your drop flex or MC down the wall your not able to support it to the studs. What do you do about the code req. for supporting the FMC or MC? Thanks.

Both are allowed to be unsupported when installed in concealed spaces through finished walls.
