I say yes, 410.30 say that luminaries shall be securely supported, does not give exception for LED
jumper

Maybe.
410.36 says that the fixtures must be secured to the grid and the details for doing so.
Then the grid must be listed to support fixtures. This would be an IBC rule. In many areas you are good at this point and independent support not required assuming standard fixtures.
However, then the IBC has rules for seismic areas and the weight of fixtures to be supported.
So.....maybe.
