MV = Medium Voltage

According to IEEE, voltage above 600V (usually 2.4KV in the US) through 69.0KV is considered medium voltage. Above 69KV is high voltage and in some cases EHV, or extra high voltage when you get above 345kV.

Unless your talking to a communication, fire alarm, or IT type guy then anything above 24V is considered high voltage.:D
