Surge Protection on Pool Equipment Load Center

I want to install a Siemens FirstSurge on a Pool Equipment Load Center.
It must be connected to a 20A breaker.
There is only one 20A breaker in the full panel. It is the breaker for the Pump.
I have checked and "double tapping" the breaker is acceptable, BUT the breaker is a Siemens GFCI breaker.
So that's my question. Is there any issue with connecting the surge protector to a GFCI breaker?
