Is it Ok to terminate a surge arrestor under load terminals of a disconnect switch along with feeders? (under the same terminal. was not sure if there is an exception for surge arrestor leads landing on a terminal originally designated for one conductor:blink.

there is no such exception. I think you could connect it to the wires coming off of the switch directly though with some kind of crimp on barrel style terminal. tape or heat shrink over it afterward to insulate the barrel.
