Surge protectors

I am looking for a 120/240V 3 phase surge protector for a whole panel thats mounted inside and flush in a sheetrock wall. Does any one have any info as to a manufacture that makes one for this type of installation.

so you have 3 phase 240 with a center tap between two of the phases for the grounded conductor?
