suspended ceilings

I know it is in the new code somewhere concerning securing wire in drop ceilings. Could you guide me to it. And does low voltage(12v) need to be secured??

Look at 300.23, 725.5, 760.5, 770.7, 800.5 or 820.5. One of those sections should cover your application.
