swim pool panel

I am installing a 3R 12 space sub panel for a pool out behind the pool equipment. I will be mounting it on PT plywood attached to 2- 4x4 posts sunk in ground. My question is ,is this considered a separate stucture and does the panel require a Main breaker since I am over 6 circuit spaces.It is being fed from the Main panel in the house. Thanks

Structure. That which is built or constructed.

Sounds like a structure to me.
