What's the latest & greatest in Low Voltage swimming pool lighting? We are looking at a job that currently has bonding problems with the pool lights. Figured maybe there is an LED, or low voltage solution. The pool is being done over as it's 25 years old.

I've been putting in LED lighting in the pools I've done. I don't buy the lights I just run the conduit, install the transformer, and wire to the transformer. Sometimes I pull in the lights if the pool is ready. These look nice and change colors. You don't have to buy their controller/transformer. You can buy your own but you lose the ability to use the remote that comes with mfg controller.

Here is the brand, it is the Pal Treo model.

We just had a pool guy install the LV Led lights in the pool and he failed because the transformer said it was rated for underwater lights-- It did not specifically say for pools. I told the inspector that was a good call. So be careful with the trany.
