Does it need equipotential in dirt under deck?

Does the water need to be bonded??

If the pool is deeper than 42" then it is treated as an in ground pool and an equipotential bonding is needed

Ok that's what I thought, #8 bare around perimeter buried in dirt as per 680.26 (2), wood deck not relavent
