Switch at bath tub/shower ok?

In the last code updates there was mention of a switch in close proximity to "spas, jacuzzi,hot tubs"

Any mention of a switch located by a bath /tub ?

The switch is located out about 3" out from the vertical plane of the "outside" of the tub..

Any issues?

While I have you here. GFCI bath circuit......

From what I see of it Gfci recept circuit for bath rooms can feed all gfci receptacles in all the bathrooms (((OR..))) Feed "one" bathroom recpt. and fan and lights.....as long as the the percentages in that article are adhered to.. (sorry the books in the truck.....210 1A 2A or something in there...)
