Got this nice old switchboard, 208V, 3ph, 1600 Amps. I'm considering adding a pull-box on the left side to run a new feeder to the switchboard, as opposed to re-using the underground conduits. The disconnect and the transfer switch mounted on the wall will go away with this project.

I'm assuming there are access panels on the back that require workspace, I'll confirm tomorrow.

Looking at the photo we have the following work space:
Front: 7'-4"
Right: 3'-3"
Back: 11'-0"

Reading 110.26(C)(2)(b) Extra Working Space, it looks like we may only require one means of egress, as the front and back have more than double the required working space. My question, do I need double the working space depth on the right to? Assuming the right side has an access panel.
