Switches and pull chains give shock

I wanted to know, how can I stop my wall switches and my pull chain light fixtures from giving me a shock every time I turned them and or off?

It's a gremlin I can't figure out. Any help will be highly appreciated. Thank you. By the way, my home it's over 80 years old.
