A contractor I'm working for changed the kitchen sink location from the original plan leaving the disposal, overhead light and undercounter switch location close to the middle of the sink. Is there NEC rule regarding the proximity these switches? I think he's nuts not to move them to the side of the sink but I couln't quote any code to him and I'm not moving them for free.
