i have question, In a 3 gang box there with 2 cat6e controlling a 277v lightning fixtures with a lightning control switch, and there is another switch which is a toggle switch that controls a sink light which is also 277v, is this code violation or maybe someone can help me find a the code section.

Are the two 277 volt switches on the same circuit or the same phase? If there is more than 300 volts on the adjacent switches (like two 277 volt switches on different phases) then a barrier is required in the box. Look at 404.8(B).

so the cat6e come from a power pack or relay, the toggle switch is coming from a different circuit, so yes they are coming from a separate phase. thank you a lot

Whoa there cowboy! Let's see if I have this right. You have some cat6s from a low voltage CL-2 lighting control in the same box as a line voltage 277V switch? What difference would it make what phase the controlled lighting is on and the 277V switch circuit? They can't be together! You need a barrier or separate boxes.
