Switching from Accubid to McCormick for Estimating Software

Hello All,
Hoping to get some advice, tips, criticism, and any comments about a big potential change at my company. I recently accepted a Chief Estimator position at a large commercial firm and they/we are considering switching from Accubid to McCormick. Has anyone made this shift? I've done a bunch of McCormick training and it's vastly different and I'm seeing huge red flags but that's because I don't understand it fully yet. Anyone have any tips or tricks for this change?

I don't like McCormick. Haven't used Accubid for 12 years, but I did like it and it is rated the best. McCormick is generally liked because it is cheap, but it doesn't work for me and the way I take off.
