sylvania sb10(12-20)c panel main breaker

Hi, I am a general contractor in New Jersey and just bought a house with this panel. The main breaker has corrosion which makes the electric has surges. Does anyone have Info on how to find a main breaker that’s compatible to replace this one?

The poster in the OP should research Sylvania panels. They're known to be problematic and are almost always better to immediately replaced than repaired.

I have have never seen a Sylvania Panel, and infinity would certainly know about issues. This panel needs to be replaced immediately by electrical professionals
