I have system furniture where two hots are #12 awg but neutral is #10 awg fsd from 20A breaker.

Should the equipment grounding conductor be #10 awg or 12 awg based off of NEC 2017 Article 250.122(B)? I am confused

The neutral wire is sized as a "super-neutral" for large non-linear loading.

The equipment grounding conductor can be a #12. 250.122(B) says "If ungrounded conductors are increased in size...".

Yea but since neutral is upsized but phase conductors are not then should the equipment grounding conductor be upsized as well?

The upsizing is not for voltage drop, so
Upsizing the eg would not have any benefit.

The neutral is not an ungrounded conductor. It is a grounded conductor.
