So we have a new house going up, the CEE was placed by the (200a) panel which is about 20' from the service connection outside. Beneath the meter we also have a rod electrode and next to the meter is a 200a disconnect. Do we only need to bond the GEC at either the meter or disco, and isolate the neutral from ground at the panel inside? If that is the case what should we do with the CEE, would it make any sense to terminate at the inside panel?
