t-5 ballasts

has any one had any problems with these? we have been putting a few in, i couldnt tell you the brand of the fixture or the ballasts, i do know they are fairly inexpensive. but it seems like alot of guys are having a higher than normal failure rate, as opposed to t-8s. just wondering if you guys are having luck with them?

also has ayone used any of the new t-5s that are extreme cold start?

We have been installing some T-5 6 lamp 4' fixtures.....Texas flourescent I belive. Get them from City Electric Supply...

I have got about 50 out all together...have had a few bad lamps from the get go....

I have one ballast that went out within 4 hrs of being installed, but the next morning it lit, and has been fine since. (about 6wks ago) Have a new ballast on the way to replace if needed. I have heard some bad about these, but these seem to be good fixtures so far.....well see.....
