T&M Service Tech billing

I'm looking for advice on what is a good T&M electrical service tech billing software. I'm looking to see what others are using, what works what doesn't work. I have about 15 tech's.
We currently figure all tickets by hand every week.
Looking to automate this process.

No offense, but does T&M really need software? Just set up an excel spreadsheet and enter your numbers at the end of the job. You could even have a laptop and printer on the truck.
