T12 lamps after 2012

I apologize in advance for bringing this topic up again.
Should I still be installing the magnetic ballasts? (Will the t12 lamps still be available after 2012?
Will someone figure out a way to make them and bring them to the market after 2012?)

Many of the new ballast will take either T8 or T12 but the only time I use magnetic ballast is for replacement where all the other fixtures are magnetic ballast.

What is the customer going to do with the new magnetic ballast you put in when he cannot find a lamp for it?
