Tab Rule for Automatic Transfer Switch

Guys,

We have a 600A Automatic Transfer Switch, we are planning on tabbing on the load side of the ATS to feed a new panel about 300 feet away. Is there any NEC rules that prevent that? Thanks

Do you mean "tap" as in the ten foot tap rule?
