Table 220.55

I believe I haven't come across this yet, but how do you apply Table 220.55 to size a feeder / service having a range that is over 12kw? What demand factor can you use? Column A is only up to a 3.5kw rating, column B is up to 8.75kw, and column C is up to 12kw.

I'm assuming you take it at 100%, since it's KW rating is so high?
