Table 300.5 pvc conduit under a 4” outside concrete slab with no vehicular traffic.

I’m wiring a scale house and I need to get raceways from inside wall of the building to the outside scale area.
I have 3 low voltage raceways and 2 -120/240v raceways.
Looks like since I have no vehicular traffic in the slab I’m going under. I only need to be 4” beneath the bottom of the slab of concrete ?

Also looks like I will need to have schedule 80 sweeps, and expansion couplings emerging from concrete in outside area.

Can I get away with out expansion coupling and sched 80 sweep on raceway coming into the building wall?

I don't think you need sch 80 but it is customary to use it above grade.

No, that's 4" of total cover, i.e. the conduit could be touching the bottom of a 4" slab.
