2008 NEC Art 310.15(B)(2)(c). Would conductors in conduits on the top level of a steel piperack (with HOT process piping on lower levels ) be required to be derated using the temp adders from Table 310.15B2c? They are exposed to direct sunlight for long unobstructed continuous runs, plus have the ambient heat from the process pipes below (Pipes are Typically 2 feet or so below and this derating is already included in the ambient correction factor from table 310.16).
