table 310.16 table310 15(b) (6) ques?

table 310.16 shows a 2/0 copper wire is rated at 195 amps in the 90 dergee colm. and 175 in the 75 degree colm . in table 310 .15 (b) (6) the rating for a 2/0 copper wire is 200 amp why is the rating different between the two colms. is it because of the exception 0f 310 , 15 b (6) 120/ 240 - volt 3 wire single phase dwelling services and feeders for dwelling units .still cant see how the amps 0f the conductor can change from one table to another table just because of them being dwelling units
