How would you go about knowing that the answer is (d) - In Table 402.3 - there is no indication if the TFFN insulation is or isn't suitable for dry and wet locations. It's not mentioned in Table 310.104a and it's not even specified in Table 402.3
Kind of a trick question. We know that (a) is correct. We know that (b) is correct. We don't know about (c). But you can only pick one and (d) covers both correct ones.
If it were suitable for wet locations there would be a "W" in the insulation letters so (c) is out. It's a fixture wire as shown in Art 402 and the
"N" denotes a nylon jacket so (d)
