Table 550.31 for construction trailers

I'm looking at a job where they need to build a service and feed 14 construction trailers. Does Table 550.31 apply to construction trailers?

If you are under the 2017 or older, it may apply, but subject to debate. Starting with the 2020, that type of structure is covered by Article 545, and there is not table like that in 545.
