Would like verification from some of you'll on the following:

If I run 250 aluminum, then #2 aluminum is the smallest permissible grounded (neutral) conductor allowed & #2 aluminum is the smallest permissible grounding electrode(ground) conductor allowed.

Is you 250 AL a service conductor or a feeder ?
Since you referred to 250.66, a #2AL would be correct for the minimum service neutral and grounding electrode conductor.

250.102(C) has nothing to do with the equipment grounding conductor. T. 250.122 is what is used. 250.102(C) is for the bonding jumpers and the minimum grounded conductor-- this is virtually the same as T. 250.66

These would be from an existing disconnect on the pole, underground to panel inside structure.

So by Table 250.122 #4 Al. would do for the grounding conductor. Sorry! If there is 200 amp over-current at the disconnect (last time I was there I could not unlock padlock).
