Here we go. 12 unit apt. building. 800 amp single phase service. Plastic water line feeding the building. Then the plastic line goes to copper and there are 12 water meters. All apartments have a seperate water meter. I would say that all the copper in the building is connected. Do I go by 250.104(2). Or 250.104(3). So do I want 2 Ought to the meter room? Or #8 from each panel to an accesable point in each apartment. On the service I have parelled 500 mcm. That is where I came up with 2 ought according to table 250.66. Ant thoughts? Size GEC in accordance with Table 250.66 as you said and use 2/0 and hit copper pipe and bring to main disconnect ( or other accepted point). Then install bonding jumper across individual water meters. I don't think 250.104(A)(2) or (A)(3) apply to what you describe.
