I plan on taking the Maryland Master Electrician Exam on PSI sends me back my info. What do you suggest as a training guide. I see that Mike offers quite alot of training DVD. I would like to know what he has geared toward the exam.

Thanks

I would get a good calculations book (I used Tom Henrys because that is what the college gave me) for masters, and a pile of sample code questions. I did pick up Mikes code questions book. You need to be able to navigate the code pretty good.

I used a study guide from the public library, of all places. And the NEC of course. Practiced a few calculations.

I took a master exam prep class at my local college (college of southern Maryland). If you can get in one of these and pay attention.....You almost cant fail. I would spend hours and hours taking mike holts free code quizes and tests. You really need to study or dont bother going because I spent all but 30 sec of my 4 hours.

Good luck.

If you can find one close, and you have time before you take the test, that is a good idea.

I wasn't on-line when I took the test, but this is a great idea.
I take them from time to time just to try to stay sharp.
