Original scope was for kitchen remodel, now the client would like all of there existing outlets to be white through out there house .But all wiring is A/L. So for I can not locate tamper proof AL/CU receptacles. Not even sure there is such animal

So far my only option is to use the approved CU/AL wire nuts ,pig tail to copper wire and use CU tamper proof outlets.

Estimated cost around $10.00 per outlet

Any other choices out there?

Thanks in advance

You're a little low on your estimate:
3 two port alumiconns - $9 x markup = $18 - 27 (you'll need three port if not end of line)
15 minutes x labor rate = $20 - 40
Tamper receptacle - $1 x markup = $2 - 3
1.5 ft of #12 THHN - $.30
Bigger box when everything doesn't fit, priceless

Use Alumiconn connectors. Same price as those purple wire nuts, but they make a much better connection. and Coppersmith nailed the estimate. $10 is parts only, at cost. You cant make money doing it that way.

Last time I did a house with aluminum, I was adding a bunch.... complete kitchen rewire, 2 bathroom rewires, service upgrade, and added cans in every room and changed devices.

So it was a mix of all copper, adding copper into aluminum, and pigtailing from al to cu.

I used Alumiconn 2- and 3-port blocks, and added $40 for each opening which needed Alumiconns

So a $15 recep became $55

And those tiny metal boxes? Yeah. I wondered if an extra $40 was enough
