For a healthcare facility are these required by code in any particular areas? Not sure but I couldn't find anything in NEC. Thanks

What code section were you looking in? BTW they're tamper resistant receptacles not tamper proof. If you're doing a search look for tamper resistant.

So I am doing a psychiatric living facility. So it seems all receptacles need to be tamper resistant excluded the exceptions listed in that section????
IMO, your facility falls under (8) so you need TR everywhere.
