I was called out to a trailer park where the manager decided to dig a trench and run URD triplex (which will have to be dug back up and changed to quad) from a tennants trailer to the existing pedestal. He called when he couldnt get into the pedestal and asked If I owned any tamper resistant tools, and If so, he would like me to come and finish the job ... I have never ran across a pedestal that had tamper proof screws before, and I have a pretty good set of tamper resistant driver tips, but this one is differnt, has anyone ran across a screw like this before? I will probly have to wind up cutting a slot with a dremel tool and using a flat tip screwdriver, but I would like to get the tool because he has several pedestals like this in one section of his park...

I got a kit like this one

for like $19.00 at an outlet store, it has all kinds of tamper proof tools.

The thing that looks like a socket in the upper left would open the ones in your picture.
