Questioning results of a Tan-Delta test that was performed on a cable. My understanding that for new MV cables, 0.001 and below is what you would expect from a new cable. An 0.005 has some degradation and should be monitored. I have attached the results below and the results, to me, make have a concern. Does anyone have any comments that may be helpful?
