Tandems in panel

I have a panel 200amp main 120/208v 3 phase 42 circuit, I'm replacing due to a bad buss bar.the old panel has 5 tandems breakers ( The panel I'm installing excepts tandems.) What is your thoughts on using tandems on a new panel install.
