tankless calculations

i am installing 3 tankless water heaters in a commercial office,i am wondering if there is a demand factor that can be used for multiple tankless waterheaters, and also are tankless cosidered continous duty like storage type water heaters.

Tankless water heaters work on demand so it would be hard to say if they should be continuous rated. I guess it would depend on the size of the building and the number of people expected to use it. I can imagine that it would be on for 3 hours continuously so I probably would figure it that way.
