Could anyone tell me where i could get some great illustration for tap
rules. I think if i see some examples i would have a better understanding.

There are many uses of the term "tap". Take a look in the index under "Tap" to narrow your search and then maybe look at the available illustrations here on the Mike Holt site. When I think of Taps, I usually think of the kitchen range and double oven being fed from the same source. But there are lots of taps with regard to transformers, too.
