I have a 30 amp 480 volt three phase disconnect fed with # 10 thhn. It is taped off of a 100 amp 3 phase 480 volt line.It runs about 3 ft below the tap junction. I have a 480 volt 3 phase air purifier that only pulls 2.0 amp. Can i come off the line side of my disconnect to a small set of 480 volt fuses to supply my purifier since it only pulls 2 amp. Would be expensive to mount another disconnect for 2.0 amp.I would use a 480 volt 3 pole switch as my disconnect.

Thank You I happen to live in a county were there is no inspection. I try to do everything by the code book. That is what is so great about this site. I can ask and get answers.
